These Binding Terms apply to your use of floomwonders.com, including all purchases of Handcrafted physical jewelry and Digital items such as downloadable STL files
By accessing our site, placing an order, or downloading a digital item, you accept these terms and agree to follow them.
The Laws of the Realm
To wander our halls and make purchases, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
- Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
- Use our creations respectfully and lawfully.
You shall not:
- Breach the security of the realm or attempt to misuse the website.
- Copy, redistribute, or misuse our content, creations, or digital relics for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the experience of other travelers
Our Enchanted Metalworks
Even though we take great care in describing every item accurately and ensuring the highest quality, each jewelry piece may contain small variations that reflect its handcrafted nature. By purchasing physical items, you acknowledge that:
- Colors, textures, or finishes may slightly differ from photographs due to lighting or screen settings.
- Processing and delivery times are detailed in Delivery Across the Realm.
- Return and refund conditions are governed by Return Oaths.
Our Digital Relics
When acquiring one of our digital relics, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only with no rights to redistribute, resell, modify for resale, or share the files or printed items commercially
By completing the purchase, you agree that all digital items are considered delivered immediately. No returns or refunds apply to digital downloads, except in cases of technical error or corrupted files. You are responsible for ensuring compatibility with your 3D printer, slicer, and equipment. If a file appears damaged or incomplete, Send us a Raven and we will gladly investigate and resolve the issue.
The Acts of Purchasing
When placing an order, you commit to providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact details.
Prices are listed in the currency indicated at checkout and may change without prior notice.
Payments must be completed before items are crafted, prepared, or delivered.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of: Suspected fraud, Incorrect pricing, Unavailable stock, technical errors within the realm. If your order is canceled, you will be notified and refunded accordingly.
Pathways of Delivery
Shipping methods, timelines, and costs are detailed in Delivery Across the Realm.
By ordering physical items, you understand that:
- Delivery times vary by destination.
- Customs duties or import taxes (where applicable) are the traveler’s responsibility.
- Once the parcel leaves our workshop, its journey is entrusted to the courier chosen.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.
Broken Seals & Returns
Our policies regarding returns, damaged items, wrong orders, and processing fees are detailed in Return Oaths.
By purchasing from Floom Wonders, you agree to abide by those guidelines, including:
- The conditions under which a return is accepted
- The timelines for initiating a return
- The presence of a processing fee when applicable
* Digital downloads cannot be returned.
Prices & Taxes
All prices listed on our site reflect:
- The cost of the item
- Applicable taxes depending on your region
- Shipping costs calculated at checkout
We reserve the right to modify prices or correct errors without prior notice.
If a price was incorrect due to a technical or typographic issue, we may cancel the order and issue a refund.
Ownership of Creations
All designs, product photographs, digital files, text, art, branding, and lore on Floom Wonders are the exclusive property of its artisans.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or alter our content
- Use our digital files commercially
- Claim our designs as your own
- Use our images or descriptions without permission
Your purchase grants usage rights — not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website if a traveler engages in harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful activity.
You may also request account deletion at any time, in accordance with our Privacy Pact.
Amendments to the Terms
These Binding Terms may evolve as our realm grows. When changes occur, the updated version will be posted on this page. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page will reflect the modification and the continued use of the site signifies acceptance of the new pact.
Dissolution of Disputes
All agreements and disputes arising from your visit to Floom Wonders shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Quebec, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disagreements shall first be addressed in good faith through direct communication — Send us a Raven and we shall do our best to resolve the matter peacefully.
