t Floom Wonders, every creation—whether forged in enchanted metal or shaped from digital arcana—is crafted with care and intention.
Yet we understand that even the most loyal adventurer may sometimes need to part ways with a chosen relic.
These Return Oaths exist to guide you through that process with clarity.

Returns for Physical Items (Jewelry & Accessories)

 

Eligibility Window

Adventurers may return most physical items within 14 days of receiving their order.


Condition of Returned Relics

To honor the Oath, returned items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Sent back with their original packaging and any included accessories

We cannot accept returns of items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration, unless the issue was present upon arrival.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Should your parcel arrives harmed by misfortune, we kindly ask the adventurer to contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference and availability.


Replacements & Exchanges

Please note that we only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
We do not offer exchanges for a different item or style.
If you have simply changed your mind, you may request a refund within the eligibility window and place a new order for the item you prefer.


Return Shipping

Unless the fault lies with us, return shipping costs are the adventurer’s responsibility.

If you are returning a higher-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned parcel.

When your returned item finds its way back to our workshop, we will send word by email to confirm its arrival.


Refunds

Once your returned relic has been inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please allow a certain number of days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items, discounted relics, or promotional pieces are also applicable to refunds.


Processing Fee

Unless your relic arrived damaged, incorrect, or defective, a processing fee of 20$ CAD will be deducted from your refund.

For travelers within Canada and the United States, only this fee will be deducted.

For adventurers beyond these realms, both the 20$ CAD processing fee and the original shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Digital Relics (3D Printable Files)

Because digital items cannot be “returned,” all purchases of downloadable files are final and non-refundable.

However, should you encounter any issues, corrupted files, download problems, or technical questions, send a Raven (contact us), and we will gladly assist you until the problem is resolved.

Gifted Relics

If the item was marked as a gift, you may receive a store credit instead of a refund to the original purchaser.

Gift returns must still follow the same condition requirements listed above.

How to Begin a Return

To initiate a return, simply Send a Raven through our contact page.
Include your order number and a brief description of your request.
We will guide you through the next steps and provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.

These policies are set in place to protect both the adventurer and the artisans of Floom Wonders, ensuring fairness, clarity, and trust throughout your journey with us.
