t Floom Wonders, each of our creation begins its journey in our humble artisan’s workshop before venturing out across the realm to reach its destined adventurer. Below you will find all the important information about how your chosen pieces travel, how long their voyage may take, and what to expect along the way.

Processing Times — Crafting & Preparation

This is the stage at which each wonder is brought to life, then carefully inspected and prepared for its journey.

• Jewelry & Physical Items:

  Processing time is usually up to 7 days, depending on our workshop’s crafting schedule and current order volume.

• Digital Downloads:

  These ethereal relics require no physical travel. Upon purchase, your files will be available instantly via email and your account page. Note that the number of downloads is limited. See Lien FAQ for more information.

If we expect any significant delay in preparing your order, you will be notified promptly by raven (or… email).

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order leaves the workshop, delivery time depends on your location. Below are the estimated delivery times based on Canada Post’s standards. Please note that delays may occur due to local postal services in distant lands. Weather, customs inspections, and magical anomalies may also occasionally cause delays.

Within Canada

3–8 business days

United States

4–12 business days

International 

6–20 business days

Order Tracking

All physical orders ship with a tracking number, which will be sent to you as soon as your parcel begins its journey. You can follow its progress step by step until it reaches your doorstep.

Digital items do not include tracking, as they travel through the aether instantly.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

For deliveries outside Canada, your realm’s customs office may charge duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country.

We cannot predict or cover these fees, but we ensure all parcels are prepared with the correct documentation to make your delivery as smooth as possible.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While rare, parcels can occasionally be delayed or misdirected by the postal services.
If your order has not arrived within:

• 20 business days for domestic or US orders
• 30 business days for international orders

Please contact us, and we will begin an investigation with the carrier.

Packaging & Gift Option

Your items are securely wrapped to protect them on their journey and presented in packaging that reflects the Floom Wonders aesthetic.

If you choose the Gift Option, your parcel will be prepared with the utmost discretion. The packing slip will not be placed inside the package (if required for customs, it will be securely affixed to the outside) keeping the surprise intact. You may also include a personalized message, which we will inscribe and place within the parcel — a thoughtful touch for any adventurer receiving your gift.
