Assembly Requirements

To assemble the sword at its default size, you will need:

• 710 mm total of 6 mm diameter cylindrical rod
  • Carbon fiber or wood recommended
  • Multiple rods may be stacked to reach the required length
• 2 × 50 mm cylindrical rods of 3 mm diameter
  • Wood skewers or metal wire work well
• 2 to 6 × 100 mm cylindrical rods of 3 mm diameter
  • 2 rods for the full blade
  • 4 rods for the 2-piece blade
  • 6 rods for the 3-piece blade

Overall assembled length: 89 cm (35″)

The model can be uniformly scaled larger or smaller to suit your project and printer.
